ABOUT

GET RUNWAY READY FOR A TRULY UNIQUE THEATRE EXPERIENCE!

In a theatrical first, we're taking you onboard a retired British Airways Boeing 747 aircraft at Dunsfold Aerodrome for a truly unique interactive theatre show.

Flight Attendant Juliet Bravo has run through the pre-flight checks and the passengers are all set for a Christmas to remember in sunny Tenerife. As the engines begin to roar and Flight 1564 taxis to the end of the runway, Co-Pilot Mike Oscar has to take evasive action as Captain Charlie Romeo suddenly collapses at the controls.

Stranded at the end of the runway with no more than a packet of peanuts and a pink inflatable rubber ring, Juliet and Mike must keep their heads and maintain passenger safety… but can you  help them discover the identity of the Captain’s murderer before the emergency crews arrive?

Based on our hugely popular Murder Mystery series (★★★★ "Terrific fun" Daily Mail), you'll visit different parts the aircraft as scenes are played out, interrogate the suspects, and as we're setting it in 1979, why not dress up for the occasion!

With a strictly limited run and only 60 seats per performance, make sure you book your flight for GSC’s latest show before they’re Boeing, Boeing, Gone!

Suitable for Ages 8+

ACCESS

It is with regret that due to the confines of the aircraft and the need to use boarding stairs, this performance is not accessible for wheelchair users or patrons with limited mobility. An online ‘At Home’ performance of Boeing, Boeing, Gone! will be streamed live on Monday 18 December, 7.30pm (GMT). Tickets £25 per device, for up to 2 persons watching.

YOUR MURER MYSTERY CAST REVEALED!

We're thrilled to be working with these four fabulous actors on our latest show.

ROSALIND and NOEL have worked for GSC many times over the years. ROSALIND was most recently in The Canterbury Tales ("One of GSC's greatest and most inventive productions") and NOEL played Claudius in our   Hamlet in 2022. At the start of this year DANIEL played the title role in our "exquisite", "tour de force" Richard II.

We're thrilled that SKYE will be making her GSC debut with us on the Boeing 747, having appeared in TV series The Alienist and The Crown (both Netflix) and last year the  Orlando at Jermyn Street Theatre.

Keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks as we'll be releasing teasers of their characters and finding out a little more about them!

OUR SPECIAL VENUE...

Our aircraft was the 440th Boeing 747 to be built, having its maiden flight on 19 March 1979. Also known as The City of Birmingham, the aircraft clocked up some 100,000 flying hours, mostly for British Airways, finally retiring on 25 May 2005. Since then it has been featured in Hollywood blockbusters including motor-racing biopic Rush (2013) with Chris Hemsworth, London Has Fallen (2016), Bohemian Rhapsody (2018), Jurassic World Dominion (2022), but perhaps most famously in the James Bond movie Casino Royale (2006).

This unique production has been made possible by Jim McAllister, Chief Executive, The Rutland Group, and Mike Woodley, Aces High who have granted GSC permission to use the iconic aircraft free of charge to help raise funds for the theatre company.
