PRE-EVENT INFORMATION
On this page we'll put any additional information you might need in order to get the most out your time with us. We'll update it as new details are confirmed and when new events are scheduled.

WARM WEATHER
- There are shaded areas at the performance site that audiences can make use of before the show and during the interval.
- For the matinee on Saturday 11th July, we will be providing shade in the auditorium with gazebos.
- Please ensure you bring plenty of water and sun cream with you.
- Our full weather policy can be found here, that forms part of our Terms & Conditions when making your booking.
ARRIVAL
- The venue will open 60 minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time for picnics.
- We kindly ask that you ARRIVE at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start-time to ensure the performance starts on time.
- Please have your ticket ready on your mobile phone (or print out) for our Front of House team to scan.

- There will be a designated drop off point for Disabled Patrons. We regret that we cannot offer parking immediately adjacent to the performance space.
- A Visual Guide to the venue will be posted here nearer the event
- Please keep to the route event signage as laid out by GSC.
SEATING
- General seating is unallocated and provided in a theatre-style
- PREMIUM SEAT ticket holders will have their seats reserved, designated by red cushions
- ANNUAL PASS holders will also have their seats reserved
ACCESS & CONTENT NOTICES

FACILITIES
- Toilet facilities are located onsite.
- A bar will be available before the show and during the interval
- No food other than snacks (e.g. crisps, flapjacks) will be available
- Picnics are heartily recommended
- ONLY ALCOHOL PURCHASED FROM THE GSC BAR MAY BE CONSUMED ONSITE
RESPECT
- Please remember to treat our performers and staff with kindness and respect.
- Do enjoy your time discovering this beautiful space, but please respect its primary function.
- We request that you kindly take any rubbish away with you when you leave.
PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING
- The taking of photos and films of our shows is not permitted.
- You are welcome to take pictures of yourself at our shows of course and please do tag us in on Facebook and Instagram.
