The Weather
Performances are never cancelled before the advertised starting time, and only then in the event of extreme bad weather. Once underway a performance will continue even if it does begin to rain, and the company will make every effort to complete the performance. The Management reserves the right to stop and start the action as necessary.
If cancellation or abandonment is unavoidable, you may exchange your ticket for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. In this instance, please retain your ticket for validation purposes. Refunds are NOT given.
Decisions on abandonment/cancellations are made solely by the Management and such a decision will not be made until the scheduled start time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, in the event of a cancelled or abandoned performance due to circumstances outside of the Management's control tickets may be exchanged for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. Please retain your ticket for validation purposes.
Seating
Seating is unallocated, so early arrival will ensure a better selection. The Box Office and Bar will be open 1 hour before the performance begins, and you are welcome to picnic from this time.
Though we are performing at the height of summer both audience and actors are exposed to the elements, therefore we recommend you bring some warm clothing as well as sun cream! Ponchos can be purchased from the Bar and blankets are available to hire.
General Information
Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the action. Smoking and the use of mobile phones, cameras and recording equipment is not permitted. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and make changes to the advertised programme.
The Management kindly ask that you take any litter with you when leaving the venues.
Please respect the environment of local residents when leaving the venues.
NB Due to changes in guidelines regarding alcohol consumption in public parks, we must ask that all alcohol consumed at our productions is bought from our licensed bar, as we are now responsible for being aware of all alcohol that is consumed in the park.
