ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE
In the event of a cancelled or abandoned performance due to circumstances outside of the Management’s control, tickets may be exchanged for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. Please retain your ticket for validation purposes. See Weather Policy below.
The Weather
Performances are never cancelled before the advertised starting time, and only then in the event of extreme bad weather. Once underway a performance will continue even if it does begin to rain, and the company will make every effort to complete the performance. The Management reserves the right to stop and start the action as necessary.
If cancellation or abandonment is unavoidable, you may exchange your ticket for any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability. In this instance, please retain your ticket for validation purposes. An announcement to this effect will be made at the time the decision is taken. Refunds are NOT given.
Decisions on abandonment/cancellations are made solely by the Management and such a decision will not be made until the scheduled start time.
Seating
Seating is unallocated, so early arrival will ensure a better selection. The Box Office and Bar will be open 1 hour before the performance begins.
Though we are performing at the height of summer both audience and actors are exposed to the elements, therefore we recommend you bring some warm clothing as well as sun cream! Ponchos can be purchased from the Bar and blankets are available to hire.
General Information
There will be an onsite licensed bar and only alcohol purchased from here may be consumed during the performances. As part of our license, Guildford Shakespeare Company is responsible for whatever alcohol is consumed at the performances. Therefore we ask that only alcohol purchased from our onsite licensed bar be consumed during the performances.
Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the action.
Smoking and the use of mobile phones, cameras and other recording equipment is not permitted during the performance.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and make changes to the advertised programme.
The Management kindly ask that you take any litter with you when leaving the venue.
