Participants Wanted for Free Dramatherapy Sessions

With My Eyes, our free-to-access course of dramatherapy sessions is looking for participants…

What is With My Eyes?

With My Eyes is aimed at families with children who are outside of education, facing exclusion or suffering from mental health difficulties. The programme consists of a free 12-week course of dramatherapy workshops for ten Surrey children and their parents, beginning in April 2019.

Children and parents will work in separate rooms and the sessions will culminate in a final group-sharing, allowing both generations to connect through drama. All participants will be invited to attend a free performance of GSC’s Autumn show, to celebrate their achievements, after the project has finished,

NB: With My Eyes is completely free to attend.

For further information on the program please see the outreach pages of our website or view the information sheet With My Eyes – Excluded Youth Project – GSC Information Sheet (PDF).

How can you get involved?

We are currently looking for participants and we will consider any children that have been excluded from school, are close to exclusion, or have a history of mental health difficulties.

To refer a child or for more information, please contact Ant Stones using [email protected] or 07956 000759.

We look forward to hearing from you.

With My Eyes is funded by The High Sheriff Youth awards and the Big Lottery Fund.
