Go to Spring Term 2021
Every Saturday we ignite the imagination of young actors in small friendly groups. Working with professional actors and stage combat instructors, they play fun games, rehearse plays, strengthen their confidence and learn more about the exciting world of theatre.
Each term, the group tackle a different play and a different performance venue, in keeping with our professional productions. In recent years, we've performed:
- At the Sonnet Walk Weekend
- As You Like It at Guildford Castle
- New plays at Guildford Innovate Festival
- Henry V at GSC's 10th Anniversary Gala
- Twelfth Night at Rack’s Close
- All’s Well That Ends Well on the professional stage
- Recorded audio-plays with Eagle Radio!
“GSC has had such a positive impact over the years on both their confidence on stage and also their love of Shakespeare.” Club Member’s Mum
