In 2016 we began running a weekly club for groups of home-educated children. Mixing fun theatre games with new-writing and performances of Shakespeare's plays we have found a unique way to bring children together, build their confidence and learn new skills.

The groups have worked on their own versions of many of Shakespeare's plays, including Hamlet, Love's Labours Lost and A Midsummer Night's Dream. They have also engaged in creative writing projects, culminating in performances of Cinderella and a unique 'murder-mystery' twist on Julius Caesar.

Classes have also included one-off workshops on stage combat and voice work for the stage.

If you would like more information about our home-ed provision, email Francesca McInally our Education Officer.

Future classes and workshops will be advertised on this page.
