Our dramatherapy programme brings two generations together—creating moments of mutual understanding before offering tailored sessions in separate groups to break the cycle of mental health challenges in a safe, supportive space.
This approach not only nurtures individual well-being but also helps each generation build a new support network that lasts beyond the programme. Now in our sixth year, we’re proud to continue working with registered Dramatherapists to deliver this transformative experience.
