A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM 2017

Our 1960's inspired open-air production of A Midsummer Night's Dream was staged in the former chalk quarry, Racks Close. This was the first time GSC had used the venue and it proved to be an instant with the audience - 73% of whom never knew it existed!

Director Lotte Wakeham joined the company for her first GSC show, and we welcomed a largely new cast to Guildford . Only Owen Oakeshott (previously Petruchio in 2015's Shrew) having worked for GSC before.
