When Don Pedro and his comrades descend on Leonato's country house, old flames are re-ignited, new ones catch alight, and the scene is set for tricks,treachery and true love in Shakespeare's sparkling romantic comedy. Set in the frivolous 1920s with a toe-tapping soundtrack and dancing to match, our inaugural production attracted over 1200 people to the Castle Grounds, some visiting Guildford for the first time and coming from as far a field as Cambridgeshire, Cheshire, Australia and the US!
