Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable.
However, in the event of a cancelled or abandoned performance due to circumstances
outside of the Management’s control, tickets may be exchanged for
any remaining performance during the same season subject to availability.
Please retain your ticket for validation purposes.
Tickets for winter shows only may be exchanged with 48 hours notice and
subject to availability. There is a £2.50 administration charge for
each exchanged ticket.
Seating
Seating is unallocated, so early arrival will ensure a better selection.
The Box Office, Bar and Foyer will be open 1 hour before the performance
begins.
The auditorium will be open 30 minutes before the start of the show.
Holy Trinity Church is a heated venue, but please feel free to bring extra
layers if you wish.
General Information
There will be an onsite licensed bar and only alcohol purchased from
here may be consumed during the performances.
Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the action.
Smoking and the use of mobile phones, cameras and other recording equipment
is not permitted.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and make changes
to the advertised programme.
Holy Trinity Church is an active place of worship; please respect this
during your visit, and the environment of local residents when leaving
the church.
The Management kindly ask that you take any litter with you when leaving
the venue.
