Whilst seating is unreserved, we aim to accommodate requests for specific seating wherever possible. Please ask at the time of booking.
Concession price tickets are available for patrons who are registered disabled. Registered disabled patrons who are unable to attend without a carer will automatically be offered a complimentary ticket for their carer. This is only applicable to bookings made over the phone.
Staff are on hand at every performance to help patrons get to and from their seats.
Venue details:
Holy Trinity Church has full wheelchair access from the High Street and
from Castle Car Park.
The church has a toilet for wheelchair access.
There is no designated disability parking on High Street.
Please speak to the Box Office when booking.
Assistance Dogs
Hearing and guide dogs are welcome at all performances. Please note that
performances can involve loud noises.
Impaired vision/hearing
We regret we cannot yet provide a hearing induction loop, audio described
or BSL performances at our productions. We are investigating this for the
future.
However, if you do suffer from impaired vision or hearing we may be able to seat you on the front row. Please ask the Box Office when booking.
